Biography

Eli Kiefaber focuses his practice in mineral title and energy law and is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has extensive experience in handling complex mineral and oil and gas title issues and has prepared numerous title opinions. Eli also leverages his experience with energy issues to aid clients involved in energy litigation matters, including title disputes, interpretation of royalties, and payments of revenues.

Eli is also a frequent speaker, discussing oil and gas, energy and renewable development topics across the country at industry organizations such as the American Association of Professional Landman (AAPL), the National Association of Division Order Analysts (NADOA), and many local industry groups.
